HORS D’ OEUVRES

Selected items are prepared in quantities for cocktail-size appetizers and adequate portions are guaranteed. Hors d’ oeuvres are served at a standing station unless a passed service is requested in advance. A minimum of 4 hors d’ oeuvres must be ordered unless dinner is also being served. All entrées will include freshly baked bread. Prices quoted are per person and are based on buffet service. Tableside service is available for an additional $3 per person. Minimum of 40 persons is required for service, otherwise a surcharge will apply. A garden salad may be added for $1.25 per person.
